Equine massage reaps many benefits! Some may include increases range of motion, enhances muscle tone, relieved stress and tension, and also increased mental clarity required to focus for training. The massage will also improve the horse's circulation which is what leads to more rapid healing of injuries.

Humans use kin-tape, and horses can too! Benefits may include pain relief, increased circulation, muscle relaxation, joint support, lowered inflammation and so much more. This can also help with emotional relaxation as well since Haylee can tape a taping that feels emotionally soothing.

Cupping works opposite to massage in the sense that massage is pressure on the muscle/fascia and cupping is lifting it. Sometimes this is a better option - especially when the area is sore and sensitive enough that the horse isn't happy being touched in that area. Suction cups are used - not the glass commonly used on people!

Cold laser therapy, also known as low level light therapy, is a safe, painless treatment  for many common conditions, including: wounds and post-operative incisions, arthritis, and more!

A modality that utilizes light touches to help the horse balance through it's whole body! 

I start at the skull, adjusting and balancing each plate of the skull! Then working my way down the spine, and to other areas of the body to balance the horse wholly! 

This can help coordination and body awareness, help the horse move biomechanically correct, and help behavioral issues!
